programme which will cover all of the 14 African countries in which Celtel operates.HeadStart will give graduates the opportunity to develop their leadership skills and management and business knowledge in any of Celtelfs core business areas including sales, marketing, engineering, IT, human resources and finance. Recruits will spend part of their programme working in another Celtel operation.With more than 7,000 employees and 17 million customers, Celtel which is part of the MTC Group, is a fastgrowing company with numerous opportunities to develop talented graduates.

¡ A confident and ambitious approach to the working environment
¡ Geographical (workplace) flexibility
¡ Some previous work experience (e.g. internship) will be an advantagebut is not required
