JOB TITLE: Relationship Manager (Accounts) - Mobile Marketing

The Relationship Manager is responsible for selling the business
products and conforming to the company quality system procedures as
documented. He/She will maintain market awareness of business
opportunities.

Job Description

- Servicing the clients business and will primarily be in charge of
conserving and increasing revenue resulting from the relationship in a
profitable manner
- Providing solutions to match specific needs of clients; identify an
opportunity, control the process and deliver the planned objectives.
- Knowledge of service compatibility to match client needs
- Taking on the role of a champion of all projects and acts as a
frontline intelligence for the client
- Developing new ides through research to be presented to the client,
thus maintaining the highest possible standards of innovation.
- Provide cost justification for client in terms of product
- Develop full business cases with pre-feasible reviews and proposals
- The relationship manager is required to understand the technical and
non-technical document as relates to the sales and contracts for the
company's products.
- Interfacing with clients as regards company's products.
- Developing sound capability and practice , working with executive
management to agree project priorities and responsibilities across the
business area
- The relationship manager will further influence the management
across the business through coaching of the project team in new
application areas.


Candidate/Person Specification

- Good inter-personal and communication skills
- Leadership and management skills
- Hands-on experience in Accounts management in a FMCG establishment
- Prior experience in managing and executing product sales
- Expert status: The ability to translate service capability to match
client needs
- Working knowledge of the mobile industry is an added advantage

Qualifications

BSC in Computer Science, Management sciences, business administration,
psychology

Age range
24-30 years

Salary range
N120, 000 and above depending on qualification
